Financial First Aid: Tackling Employees’ Financial Stress
8:15 – 9:30 AM
UBC Robson Square
A recent Employee Research Survey by the Canadian Payroll Association revealed that 40% of Canadians are overwhelmed by their current debt levels, while a staggering 44% of workers are living pay cheque to pay cheque.
Employees who feel financially secure are more engaged and productive. The opposite is also true – financially stressed workers are much more likely to take days off and be distracted and unproductive when in the office.
This workshop for management professionals will provide resources to help identify and alleviate employee financial distress.
