At Montridge, we see it as our responsibility to dedicate time and effort to improve our environment and community. Collectively and individually, we support and are involved with a number of charitable organizations throughout the year. Our ongoing initiatives are an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others by investing in education, people and social development. See below for the organizations that Montridge currently supports and is actively involved in.
In 2016 Montridge created a holiday staff charity fund with the money that has historically been spent on Christmas cards and clients gifts. Each December every Montridge staff member selects a charity close to their heart and a portion of the fund is donated to each charity of choice. The charities chosen assist a variety of organizations and causes from Dress for Success—helping women to achieve economic independence by providing professional attire, support and tools—to Covenant House, supporting homeless and at-risk youth transition to independent living by providing short-term shelter, support programs and services.
