He is a trusted advisor to his clients, helping them navigate the complex world of benefits planning and communication, while ensuring that their employees have access to the best possible coverage and resources.
Prior to joining Montridge, Doug held various roles in the group insurance industry, including working for one of Canada’s largest insurers. This experience has given him a deep understanding of the benefits insurance landscape, as well as a unique perspective on how to help his clients deliver on their organization goals.
Doug is committed to ongoing professional development and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices. He is certified under the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP), holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Victoria and is currently working towards his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.
