Prior to joining Montridge in April 2022, Joanne worked for over two years’ in the general insurance industry in the areas of claims adjusting services and claims administration. Her role at Montridge includes the analysis of employee benefits utilisation data and the generation of client review and renewal reports.

Outside of work, she enjoys sports and playing Gaelic football and soccer. In her free time, she also likes to hike, read, and go on walks.
