Prior to helping found Montridge in 1997, Judith worked for one of Canada’s largest insurers. During the early years of Montridge, she focused on providing financial planning and investment services with a focus on tax and estate aspects.

Today, Judith provides clear, comprehensive, client-centered advice in the areas of employee retirement plans, executive benefits, and business continuation planning.

She is a member of FPCanada, ADVOCIS, the CLU Institute, ISCEBS, IFEBP, and CBPI and speaks on her topics of expertise to employer and HR groups. Judith is also an active member of several industry and community groups.
